The receptionist, Jennifer, was very warm and welcoming. The endodonic assistant, Cat, was very kind and knowledgeable. She will put all your anxiety to ease and walks you through every step of the way. The endodonist, Dr. Bludau ensured my root canal was very quick and painless as possible. He was great, and very nice. The office got me in within 1 week of calling, and they made the entire experience from start to finish, as pleasant as possible. If you have high dental anxiety, this is definitely the right place to come to. The office was welcoming and clean! I highly recommend.

Make sure you get all information from this place when booking. My dentist referred me to this rndodontist gir a root canal. I called the office and set up an appointment. They quoted me a little over $1500 which was fine. I showed up for the appointment and they checked me in, I went back fairly quickly and the dental assistant was very kind. They took an x-ray and explained what would happen next. They doctor came in for maybe 30 seconds, poked around a bit. Then told me the root canal was not my best option. All of this is totally fine. Where I am unhappy is when I went to the front desk to β€œcheck out” they gave me a bill for $170! I was shocked. I was there a total of 5 min. I was never informed there would be a charge if no root canal was performed. The office should have said there was a possibility the doctor would deny treatment. I went in thinking I was having it done and that’s it. If I would have known this was a possibility I could have decided to go a different route, not gone through 11 days of pain, and not wasted a day. And the worst is when I expressed my dissatisfaction in the charge for getting nothing done the nurse responded saying β€œwell you saved money today,

I have had 6 root canals performed by Dr. Bludau. Unfortunately, I faint when I am injected with lidocaine. Dr. Bludau and his assistants are wonderful and patient and gave me nitrous oxide until the injection was over with. The procedure itself has always been painless and easy. It is difficult to not fall asleep. :) The entire staff is wonderful and patient. I did inquire about some of the negative reviews and, to no surprise, each person left out information that led up to the front desk crying because of how she was treated either on the phone or in person.

Had to get a root canal for the first time and was super nervous! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bludau and his assistant!! They made me feel very at ease and comfortable, not to mention the process was not nearly as painful or uncomfortable as I expected!! His assistant was super informative and such a nice person!! Highly recommend coming here to anyone!!

First off, let me say that I HATE dentists. I've never been a fan. I know they are doing a difficult job and all that and I value them, but if there is a way for me to avoid a dental visit I usually take that way. I came in here for a root canal and was all ready for one of the worst experiences I'd ever heard of. NOT THE CASE. I'm not saying this root canal was a thing I'd schedule for relaxation, like a massage or anything. BUT THIS WAS THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Seriously, the front desk staff were courteous, cheerful, and friendly and made me feel much more relaxed. The assistant (I'm sorry I forgot names πŸ₯Ί) was very friendly and bubbly and definitely understanding. She and the doctor both did fantastic jobs making this whole experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. The rate was also reasonable as they are one of the few places I had found who works with my insurance. If I ever have another endodontic procedure done I know EXACTLY where I am going. I would strongly encourage anyone in need of these services to check this place out as they were FABULOUS! Thank you all for doing all that you've done!
